Vote for your favorite in the Top 80 listings in 4 major categories.

You don't have to vote for every one of the listings but you can write-in ONE vote per listing. If you think about it you probably can vote for all the entries but have fun with it any way.

Here are the rules:

• Remember this is Reader’s Choice for Forsyth, Stokes, Surry, Wilkes, Yadkin, Davie, Davidson, and Guilford counties. No businesses from New York, Paris or Charlotte.


• Place a vote for your favorite per listing. Simply write-in the business name in the blank provided.


• Original newspaper ballot only. No photocopies. Please vote only once if you’re doing it on-line and/or an original newspaper ballot.


• Vote here online or pick up a copy of your Winston-Salem Journal on June 26th, 29th or July 3rd and 4th., fill out the form and mail your ballot to Winston-Salem Journal, P.O. Box 3159, Winston-Salem, NC 27102 ATTN: Reader's Choice Ballot. Or drop off at our front counter at 418 N. Marshall Street. On-line and/or newspaper ballots must be received by 5:00pm on July 6, 2011.
